Leasing: The Licensee is limited to distributing one (1) version of the Master Recording for profitable use. The Licensee is limited to a distribution of two thousand (2000) copies of the Master Recording, which can be distributed on any kind of recording media including, but not limited to: compact discs, DVDs, VHS videos, and all other forms of media. With one year from date leased beat was purchased to distribute until having to renew lease agreement.

Exclusive: Exclusive rights allow the Licensee to use the Instrumental for unlimited commercial recordings or broadcasts. The Licensor has full rights to record, alter, mix the Instrumental in any shape, way, or form (except reselling the Instrumental). The Licensee must give full credit to the Licensor as on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing exclusive rights, the Licensor still owns copyright to the Instrumental but is no longer able to resell the Instrumental.

Special Note
I will work with any artist budget so long it is reasonable. Contract will be written up and signed by both parties upon completion of the song unless otherwise negotiated by both parties. 50% of the money will be requested up front for any production services or fees agreed to by both parties. Please allow a 3 - 14 day turnaround time for any production project. Low resolution audio(including tagged), low resolution graphics and artwork(including watermark) will be provided to you prior to your payment of the remaining 50%. The remaining 50% due will be required upon completion of produced song & your satisfaction. High resolution audio & graphics will be provided to you within 24 - 48 hrs of final payment. Release date determined by you. All payments made via paypal unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.
